Our published indicative rates for a bike or scooter are ₹2,500–₹5,000 up to 500 km, ₹4,000–₹9,000 for 500–1,500 km and ₹7,000–₹15,000 beyond 1,500 km. The final quote depends on the bike, the route and your service options, and GST and tolls are extra. See the full price list.

Mumbai to Pune falls in the up-to-500 km band, so the indicative range is ₹2,500–₹5,000 plus GST and tolls. Your quote is set by the bike, your pickup and drop addresses and any optional cover. Scooters sit in the same bike and scooter rate band as motorcycles: ₹2,500–₹5,000 up to 500 km. Transit cover is optional and charged separately, typically about 3% of the declared value on our price list, so a scooter declared at ₹80,000 would be roughly ₹2,400. Tell us the model so the right crate is planned.

Keep fuel to a minimum. Indian Railways, for example, accepts a two-wheeler as a parcel only with an empty tank, and petrol is the main fire risk in any packed load. Our team confirms the fuel level needed for your route when you book. If you are asked to drain the tank, have a workshop or petrol pump do it rather than doing it yourself in a society compound or parking area.

In four layers: mirrors and other loose parts removed and packed separately, the handlebar and levers protected, foam wrap over the tank and painted panels, and a corrugated outer carton. The bike then travels in a custom safety crate with safety lashings. Photograph the bike from every side before handover.

Keep copies of your registration certificate (RC), insurance policy and a valid ID ready; our team confirms the exact paperwork when you book. If someone else will hand over the bike, mention it when you enquire. A move within Maharashtra, such as Mumbai to Pune, does not change your registration. If the bike is moving to another state for good, you generally need an NOC from your current RTO and must re-register it in the new state within 12 months, so check the process with your RTO.

In Ghansoli Gaon, Old Panvel's market lanes and the hill-slope sectors of Kharghar a full-size truck can't always reach the door, and parking near Vashi's Sectors 9 and 10 is tight, so the pickup point is planned in advance. We generally schedule Vashi moves after 11 AM or on Sundays to avoid truck traffic near the APMC market, and Ghodbunder Road in Thane and the Sion–Panvel stretch outside peak hours. It depends on the route. A run like Mumbai to Pune is much shorter than a 1,500+ km route, so ask for the expected delivery window when you request your quote. Our vehicles are GPS-enabled, and you can check your consignment on our tracking page using your reference number, or contact our support team for an update.

With a railway parcel you book at the station parcel office, arrange the packing yourself, empty the tank, carry your RC, ID and insurance papers, and collect the bike from the parcel office at the other end. Railway charges are based on weight, distance and packing. With our door-to-door service we collect from your address, pack and crate the bike, and deliver to your address. Check current railway rules with the parcel office before booking.

Yes. Tell us the make, model and year so the right crate is planned; premium and sports bikes fall in the same published bike and scooter bands, and optional transit cover is worth considering for higher-value bikes. For a bike bought online, we can collect from the seller's address and deliver to yours. Sort out the registration transfer with the seller or your RTO.
