Bubble Wrap Packing for Shifting: Our 4-Layer System
Each item gets the layers it needs for city traffic, staircases and rain. From June to September we add waterproof covering for furniture and electronics.

Bubble wrap packing for shifting is used on glassware, crockery, TVs, monitors and any fragile surface that needs cushioning. You can pack some items yourself if you prefer, though we recommend professional packing for fragile and high-value goods.

What does unpacking include?
At the new home we unload, reassemble beds and wardrobes, place cartons in the rooms they are labelled for and clear the packing waste. Every carton carries a room label from packing day, which keeps unloading systematic. If you want more than that, such as cartons opened, tell us when you book and the scope goes into your itemised quote.
How does bubble wrap packing for shifting work?
Fragile items go into high-density bubble wrap, which soaks up bumps and vibration on the road, after stretch film or foam where the surface needs it. Corrugated sheets and corner guards go over that, and strong tape and room labels close the carton. TVs and monitors are wrapped in foam and heavy bubble wrap and packed in reinforced boxes or crates. Crockery and glassware are wrapped one by one and packed in cell-divided cartons. Do you dismantle beds, wardrobes and modular furniture before packing?
Yes. Our crew dismantles king and queen beds, sliding-door wardrobes, dining sets and desks at your current home, labels the fittings, and reassembles and positions them in your chosen rooms at the new home.
How long does packing take?
For a local move within Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, packing, loading, transport and unloading are usually finished in a single day. Larger homes, higher floors without a working lift and long carry distances can stretch that. Intercity moves, such as Mumbai to Pune, take longer depending on distance and route. We do not publish fixed hours per BHK because your inventory sets the time, so ask about timing at your free survey.
How early should I book packing and unpacking?

Do I need society permission before packing day?
Almost all co-operative housing societies and high-rise apartments in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai ask for written permission and a lift slot before a move, usually 2–3 working days ahead. What should I keep with me instead of handing to the packers?
For safety and legal reasons, keep jewellery, cash, passports and ID documents, keys, laptops and hazardous or flammable items such as gas cylinders and kerosene with you. Perishable food, plants and pets are not moved by packers and movers.
